💵 Deposit & Booking Confirmation

🔒 Refundable Security Deposit
A $100 deposit is required and will be refunded if the bouncy castle is returned in original condition, with no damage or excessive cleaning required.

The deposit may be used to cover:
• Repair costs
• Cleaning fees
• Replacement of missing parts or accessories

📌 Booking Fee (To Secure Slot)

• Rental : $50

The booking fee will be offset against the total rental and deposit on the rental day.
If the booking is cancelled or renter decides not to proceed, the booking fee is non-refundable.

🧼 Cleanliness Policy (Strict)

To maintain hygiene standards for all customers:
• No food or drinks inside or near the bouncy castle
• Any spillage, stains or mess requiring extensive cleaning will be chargeable
• Cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit if applicable

❌ Prohibited Use & Items

• No water play of any kind
• Avoid stain-causing items (slime, face paint, coloured drinks, bubbles, confetti, glitter)
• No sharp objects (keys, hairpins, pens, toys with sharp edges)

⚠️ Damage & Loss Policy

Deposit may be partially or fully forfeited in cases including but not limited to:
• Tears, cuts or burn marks
• Use of duct tape or unauthorised repairs
• Missing or damaged parts
• Ball loss (charged on a prorated basis)

If damage exceeds deposit amount, additional charges may apply.

• No footwear inside (barefoot or socks only)
• Adult supervision required at all times
• Do not exceed stated capacity or weight limits
• No climbing on walls or pulling of seams

🌧️ Blower & Weather Safety

• Do not expose blower to rain or liquids
• Keep children away from blower at all times
• Do not detach air tube during use
• Stop usage immediately during unsafe weather conditions
